Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had a wonderful 25th anniversary dinner last night. Our service was fantastic! Molly our server went above and beyond to make our dinner special. Food was excellent! We will definitely be back & will request Molly again!

    We had a wonderful experience celebrating our birthdays. Food was delicious and service was awesome. Our waiter was Phil and he was very nice and had some humor throughout the night. Glad he was our waiter.

    Usually all 4 and 5 Stars. Service was off. Split a dish but didn’t want it split. Was brought out split. Ordered med rare and was rare. Plates were literally DROPPED on table by runner.

    Food and service outstanding. Calamari appetizer fabulous and more than enough for two people. We shared the sushi grade seared tuna entree and grilled asparagus. Some nice wine complemented our meal, wonderful evening.

    We went for Vday & being newlyweds. Loved loved everything!!🩷 food was outstanding & ambience beautiful . I did wish our server acknowledged we were newlywed but the hostess definitely greeted us & said congratulations
