Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Amazing experience! It was a wonderful place for a large group of 11 to get together for an early holiday dinner. Our waiter gave the best recommendations and was extremely patient with us. Can’t wait to return!

    Our server Rob was exceptional, funny, great suggestions on how to have steak cooked and also walked my son to show him where the restrooms are! He was very engaging and attentive on drinks too! We will ask for Rob on our next visit!!

    The steak wasn’t the cut we ordered and was overcooked (medium-well instead of medium). On top of that, the appetizers, sides, and seafood were far too salty, masking their flavors. While the staff was friendly, it didn’t compensate for the consistent issues with the food. Overall, the experience didn’t justify the price, and it’s unlikely I’ll return anytime soon.

    I am a fan of Capital Grille in general. Having many a business luncheon there, usually on Long Island. Last year we went to the Garden City restaurant and my husband fell in love with it. For our anniversary this year we decided to go into NYC, get tickets to a play and try the NYC Capital Grille. ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Will have to do it again! Thank you Melissa and Eduardo for a memorable night!!

    Our lunch was excellent! Joey was our server and he just made the day. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and he checked on us throughout to make sure we had everything we needed. Start to finish, it was fantastic. Highly recommend and if you can, ask for Joey.
