Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Second time dining here. First time was a perfect experience. This time was a little disappointing mainly due to the poor service in the bar. Waited about 30 minutes to even order a drink. By the time it came our table was ready. Service was much better once we were seated.

It was a celebration dinner. Our waitress Janie was the best. Really she is the best waitress both my wife and I have had in recent memory. The food was good and well presented. I felt the value to portions was a bit off and somewhat overpriced. All in all we would HIGHLY recommend and we will be returning.

I have eaten at other Capital Grille Restaurants across the country. This was first visit to the OKC location. This was exactly as expected based on visits to other locations. The purpose of the visit was to celebrate a birthday. The staff had a card with her name on it and birthday confetti on the table. The food was fantastic, and our server Justin was excellent. Lobster bisque and steaks were cooked perfectly. It was the perfect birthday lunch celebration. Both of my guests were extremely happy about the entire experience. Can't wait to go back!

First 4 trips here were great. This time our server was slow and overwhelmed. One steak way overcooked the other way undercooked. Continued to had to ask for tea refills and coffee. $700 for a 4 top with a cheaper wine. Dropped from our rotation now. Too bad, atmosphere excellent.

Was so excited that we got this restaurant in Oklahoma City. Have eaten at several of them around the country. However, I have to say we left extremely disappointed. The service was sub par at best. At one point we looked at each other and said we have been forgotten. Our drinks were empty for way too long, no one was even came to ensure our food was prepared to our liking. We have a lot of great steak houses in OKC and I must say the service of Capital Grill was not up to the standard of others.
