Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Nick, our server was excellent. Melody and Stuart the managers were there to ensure all had a wonderful evening. The cuisine was delicious. Tuna tartar a little on the spicy side with a nice flavor profile. Shrimp and lollipop lamb chops were fantastic. We had two steaks and three fish entries for the table to share, all wonderful. The desserts were great as well. Well done Capital Grill!!

    Vegetables were cold, server was not experienced enough for that scale of restaurant. He forgot a soup and brought 2 desserts when we only ordered one. My fish has no taste being gluten free. Overall it was a bad experience.
