Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Took a client out for thank you dinner. As always impeccable food our server was so pleasant upbeat and attentive. We love this restaurant can't recommend it enough only come at days we'd love to sit in a booth that tends to be a little quieter.

Came for our anniversary. Excellent shrimp special appetizer. Really well done with a good amount of garlic. Had the Porcini rib eye and couldnt have been better. They gave us a complimentary dessert was also excellent. Our Server was top notch.

I gave 3 stars for food only bc my filet was suppose to be medium and came out medium well. They did correct it but unfortunately I then ate it after the rest of my party was done with their main meal.

This is my favorite spot for a wonderful steak dinner and tremendous service. My husband’s j steak was cooked well done instead of medium and the manager came over right away and has a bigger piece of filet mignon cooked right away, and even paid foe the steak. While my husband waited for his steak to be cooked, the waiter also ask if he’d like a shrimp cocktail to hold him over. Capital Grill is not only delicious, professional and top notch service, but truly a place where they want their customers to leave extremely happy.

Everything was wonderful, top notch . Celebrated our anniversary, manager checked to make sure everything was okay. Gave a nice complimentary dessert, a red rose, and a nice card. Greatly appreciated
