Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. This was an excellent dining experience. We made reservations and they were ready for us when we arrived. The table even had birthday graffiti on as it was my wife’s birthday. Angelica was our server and she was the best. Recommended a great wine that we really enjoyed. The food came out perfectly timed. It was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. We highly recommend the Capital Grille in Salem and ask for Angelica.

Excellent dining experience. The service was amazing, food delicious, valet professional and dessert which we did not order was complimentary and a perfect ending to a great evening.

10/10 experience here! The food, service, atmosphere were all incredible. We loved the tuna tartare appetizer and both enjoyed filets and a side of au gratin potatoes - to die for! Highly recommend and we will be back!

Went here after our daughter's high school graduation. We sat in the bar area, which we were aware of when we made our reservation. Our server was nice enough but seemed like she was very inexperienced. The service and food turn around time was very slow. One steak came out well done and was ordered medium. They did correct this, as well as made him a new one and took it off the bill. Our son had to ask for a refill on his water 3 times before he received it and at the. point he had already finished his appetizer and dinner. Not our first time at a Capital Grille, but our first time at this location. We will not rush back to this one. Just doesn't live up to the Capital Grill experience.

We dined with 4 of us in the back side room. We came 30 minutes early after being out on the Sam Lager deck in the middle of Tuscan village. We were sat immediately despite it being Mother’s Day. We had Daniella as our server and I don’t think any amount of words will do her service justice. Bottom line, I love her!!! We just clicked! She was so phenomenal and I can’t wait to go back and see her next time I’m in the area! 💓
