Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our new favorite steakhouse in SL area. Dry aged steaks are amazing! But sea bass is also good. It's our 3-4 time being there. Love their crab cake and cheese cake for the desert.

    Especially great for special occasions, but equally wonderful for when you just want to wow someone. Service, food, and ambiance are exceptional. We treated my father-in-law to a birthday dinner and I think it will take literal years for anyone in the family to top this experience.

    Food was very good quality but I feel I may have ordered the wrong steak. The macaroni, mashed potatoes and sweet corn were amazing though. I would definitely give it a try!

    Really enjoyed the seafood options on the menu. Staff were attentive and courteous. The desserts given to our birthday boy were both breautifully presented and delicious.

    Had an incredible dining experience! The staff provided wonderful service, the food was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our celebration of three birthdays. Truly made our night special!
