   I can’t say we had one issue. We loved everything we ordered. The ceasar salad was excellent too. The brisket had such a distinct flavour and was so tender. The pork belly burnt ends were saucy and apple flavoured goodness. They have an unbelievable bourbon list. We loved sitting up at the bar. Wouldn’t sit anywhere else. Cheers

   We ate here for my husband's birthday. We had the empanadas for a started, and they were really good. Unfortunately the mains were not good. I had the ribs and they were probably the worst ribs I ever ate. Extremely fatty and little flavor. Service wasn't great either. Our waitress never came back to the table after she gave us the meals and we wanted ketchup but she never came back until the meal was finished. We ordered dessert and they forgot about it and then brought it out when we were already finished our coffees. I was disappointed in the meal. Probably wouldn't return.

   We visited The Carbon with friends who had been to the restaurant before. Our service was very good. We shared the Pit shareable platter for 4. Everything was delicious, but there wasn’t enough pulled pork, which in my opinion was the best meat on the platter. We were told there would be French fries as well, but were disappointed to only get one serving for 4 adults. In hindsight it would have been better to have received 2 (1 to share between 2) If we were back in the area we would definitely return, but order more fries.

   The entire experience was great. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was perfect. Our waitress was very efficient and accommodating!

   Hostess tried to rush us out asking us to box our meal while we were half way through the meal. Server brought refills for drinks as we got the bill and charged us (non alcoholic).

   We had the ribs and the ribeye steak and shared the cornbread. The food was all amazing. Everything was delicious and the drinks were also very good. The service was quite bad. We ordered a rye and ginger with “no fruit” and it came with a lime. Not a big deal, but wasn’t what we ordered. Our food took a very long time to come. The table next to us got their food before us but sat down and ordered after us. It was exactly an hour before our main courses came. Our waiter regularly checked on both tables next to us, with his back to us and never turned around to check on us. We had to flag him down to ask for anything and eventually asked someone else who was taking our plates away if we could get the cheque. This was after we had piled all our dishes up to make space on the table. Our waiter didn’t ask if we needed more drinks or dessert. After we ordered from him he never really showed up again. We would probably have ordered more drinks had he stopped and asked us at any point during the many times he walked past and checked on the other tables. I would expect much better service at a restaurant of this calibre.

   This was an amazing dining experience! We did the taste the carbon bar menu and all menu items were fantastic. The best ribs I’ve ever had!
