   I'm not a review person, but our dinner at The Carlin was so outstanding that I wanted to share. The food is incredible, the service is outstanding, the vibe of the restaurant is top notch. The Branzino and the Short Rib entrees blew us away. Bravo to The Carlin team - we will absolutely return on our text trip to Breck. Such an elevated vibe - good music, great ambiance, we could tell everyone was having a great time and there's no wonder this place is BOOKED. Not stuffy at all, super chill - you can dress up and have a formal night out or you can come in jeans...a very transitional, comfortable environment with an upscale energy, but not snotty at all. Can't want to go back. Also, some of the best cocktails we've had in a long time! And, if you have ANY allergy restrictions, they are VERY accommodating; Most things are gluten-free or able to be made gluten-free, and as someone with a gluten allergy, to have food that is as good as this is a real treat. I felt like I was missing nothing at all. Amazing experience. Cheers to the chef, our server, the waitstaff, the bar tenders, the managers, the gentleman doing quality checks on the dishes before they go out to tables (that guy was amazing to watch - a true artist). This is a restaurant you don't want to miss - we continue to rave about our meal. THANK YOU!

   The food, drinks and service were top notch. We had a lovely table next to the fireplace. Our server Ed was spot on with his food and drink recommendations, and the runner served the food and drinks with a smile. Our group enjoyed the striped bass, lobster sliders, crab claws, brussel sprouts, chili and crab cakes as well as the Curious George (a fun spin on a Manhattan) and a lavender lemonade. Highly recommend!

   Our server Kelly was amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable and so delightful to interact with. The food was great with each dish having a unique flavor profile. Kudos to the chef!

   Nice atmosphere.It’s a new restaurant that needs to work out some kinks. Entrees coming out at different times among the party. Butterflied filet was burn on one side and rare on other.

   We had a great Valentine's Day experience yesterday at the Carlin! Our server Conner was friendly and personable and on top of anything we needed. Also loved seeing the GM jump in and run around to help out a very busy night. Way to go guys!

    We were both disappointed with our lobster sliders....the menu said buttered lobster....they were served cold and were tasteless....the beef sliders were much better with house made pickles and onions.....house fired oysters were minimally warmed with some buttered bread crumbs.....we had a very nice wine and excellent service
