   It was very good. Our server was so sweet and kind . The food was amazing the ribs n steak was so tender and delicious

   We did ask for a table as we needed a high chair and knew a booth was too high for a high chair. However, we were seated in a booth anyway even when questioned. Service was slow. Our salads and the main entree came out at the same time so all of the food was on the table at one time. The entree was cold by the time we got to eat it. Not the normal experience we have at Chop House.

   The Chop House never disappoints!! We had our family Thanksgiving meal today for lunch. We had a variety of dishes which included turkey and dressing, petite pork chops, chopped steak, baked potato, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, sweet potato fries, fresh fruit, and house salad. Hailey was amazing and took excellent care of us. Thank you for another wonderful holiday time spent with family.

   We were immediately waited on. Food arrived timely. Our waiter was very efficient. My husband’s steak was overdone so the waiter immediately took it back to the kitchen, however the replacement plate took quite some time. The manager came over without us asking and comped the dinner for my husband and gave the table a dessert. The manager was very apologetic and we were all pleased how she dealt with the situation. We’ll go back soon, it’s a great restaurant.

   Our experience at the Chop House in Ft. City was outstanding. Hostess friendly. Seated near fireplace was great with the weather cold outside. Servers were kind and prompted. Glasses were always filled. Salad chilled perfect. Food presentation beautiful. Food temperature perfect. Flavor and seasonings great.our server name was Maddie, very personal and sweet girl. We will continue to come to this Chop House.
