Took my family here for Mother's Day and was disappointed. On Open Table there was listing for A La Carte or Buffet and I thought I had selected the A La Carte option. We get there and only the brunch buffet is available. I go to ask the hostess how much the buffet is per person and she said she wasn't sure and needed to look it up. It was $65+ a person which is pretty hefty for a buffet. We go to get our food and come back realizing we don't have silverware. I go back to the buffet across the entire restaurant to see if it was there but couldn't find any and asked. The employee working the buffet told me that the server would've placed them on the table. I figured I had missed them so I went back, but no so I went back to the bar and asked for silverware. Also, they were serving complimentary prosecco for the moms and my mom wanted another glass and tried to order and our server didn't know what kind it was. The food selection was great but most of it was lukewarm or stale after being left out for so long. Finally, after asking if they could validate our parking ticket, our server didn't know the answer to that either and had to go ask. I used to be a bartender and server so I'm very understanding when it comes to service industry workers. But to pay over $400 for a family of four including drinks and service charge (which was 20% of our bill but said it wasn't a tip or gratuity, which I've never seen before?) I expect better food and for the servers and hostesses to be knowledgeable on basic information on the logistics of your restaurant's special event.
