   We arrived a little early and our table wasn’t ready we were told we could come back on time or go into the bar area where there was standing room only, as there was 30 minutes to wait we decided to go elsewhere. The food and the rest of the experience was first class, we will definitely be back

   Amazing experience, food was delicious and just the right portions. A beautiful space in a special building in Leeds, ambience was great. Staff was very attentive and nice, our waiter Ankush was very good, made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be coming back!

   Lovely friendly welcome. As requested we were allocated downstairs low seating table. Our waiter Ben looked after us very well - he was very friendly and efficient. We both had the Fish and Chips main - beautiful flaky succulent fish in a thin and very crispy batter - great seasoned chips with pea puree and delicious thick tartare sauce. Booked our next visit as we left.

   We were booked (3 wks in advance) at 6:15pm (instead of the preferred 7:30pm) as they weren’t able to accommodate us any later. This meant we readjusted our plans for the entire evening to suit when the restaurant could accommodate us. We turned up in good time, and had a 1/2 hr wait at the bar and then a long wait at the table before orders were taken, then a long wait for food service, which meant we weren’t served until after 8pm! As it was for a special occasion we did not want to make a fuss, but this meant we had to rush our meal. The food was excellent but the poor time management by the restaurant did upset some of our guests, along with the considerable cost of the meal, which would not be a problem if the service had matched. We would question returning, as we have had far better service at alternative restaurants of similar category.

   Really lovely layout, loved the booths set up, food amazing - service was a tad slow but if we’d not been on a time limit because of Strictly at the Arena we probably wouldn’t have been bothered - I’ll definitely be back

   Daughter’s Birthday Lunch. 4 of us came together from different parts of the country and chose this restaurant as we had heard very good reports. The staff were excellent at all times, attentive but not too fussy. Made a point of checking for allergies a number of times which we all thought was a very good thing. We all had the Flat Iron steak with various accompaniments. The steak was perfectly cooked and well presented. The sides were also perfectly cooked and everything was served hot. The only thing I would say is that the beverages were a tad overpriced. We will definitely visit again when in Leeds.

    Beautiful decor. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent food … my only slight complaint would be the price of the drinks and service charge of over 10%. Having said that … it was my fourth visit and I will go again.
