The year was 1943, and Jim and Alice Wimmer decided to take a big risk, buying a small existing roadside restaurant known for its char-broiled steaks. How fitting that in 2018, the restaurant's 75th anniversary year, the third generation of Wimmers, Amy Wimmer, takes the helm from her father Jeff and his wife Jane, bringing her own adventurous spirit to the Del-Bar, the same kind of spirit she so admired in her grandparents. We always try cheese curds hoping to find that perfect curd. I think we found it. And a serving size that is astounding. There were only 2 of us, should have had 6 of us to do that serving justice.

My wife and I enjoyed The Del-Bar for the first time and we were very impressed. The energy of the supper club was fun, the service was friendly and on top of their game, and the food was outstanding. We will be back!

Absolutely incredible food, can't say enough. We had the New York strip and Brick Chicken. Flavor, cook, seasoning, 100% on point. Can't wait to go back.

First timers. Very good food. Well worth the wait. Servers are friendly and the drinks are very reasonable. Would definitely return and ALWAYS make a reservation

SPECTACULAR!!!! Best meal and experience we've had in months. Felt welcomed, never rushed and Best Caesar Salad ever had. Order the raspberry jubilee martini...vacation in a glass not too sweet and so freshly luxurious. King crab was excellent. We will return!

I wish I could rate our experience a solid 10. 5 just doesn’t seem to describe the experience we had at the Dell Bar. The service was excellent and the steaks were probably the best we’ve ever had. We love this place and rate it as our number one restaurant to celebrate special occasions.
