    Went for wine and dine and was thoroughly impressed with the offerings. Cocktails were great too! The pineapple express cocktail was amazing!

    The service was excellent—our bartender knew his stuff and set us up with solid wine and cocktails. Our server was friendly, but she wasn’t the one who brought or presented our food. The food, though? Disappointing. It felt like everything was in an unfinished “V1” stage—like the early draft of a dish before it’s refined enough to make the menu. Nothing stood out as polished or complete. Seasoning was almost nonexistent. My carpaccio had no seasoning at all, and the only real flavor came from the cultured butter with the focaccia (which was actually great). On top of that, no one presented the dishes to us, and the staff completely overlooked my request to acknowledge my girlfriend’s birthday. For a $400 bill, I expect perfection. At that price, the food should be dialed in, seasoned properly, and executed at a high level. Right now, the back of house needs to step up if they want this place to be taken seriously as fine dining—let alone crack Canada’s top 100 or aim for a Michelin star.

    Beautiful experience from beginning to end. stunning presentation, perfect timing to table, impeccable flavours and ambiance. I had the duck and carpaccio—not a thing I would change other than maybe 20% increase in portion size. Thoughtful wine and beer options. Highly recommend!
