When we turned up the restaurant can not find our reservation. They claim that they stopped using opentable six months ago. Though it wasn’t that busy so they found a table for us. The food was good. So was some of the waiters. It could’ve been better if our reservation actually meant something!

A modern take on many Chinese classics and fairly well done. Not the best for value but at least the food was good.

They were able to accommodate a very late change of plan which was much appreciated. The pre drinks of gin cocktails and the special lager were great. Superb menu choice and excellent meal. Service excellent. Having an open window table on the hottest day of the year was both welcome and an experience. Would certainly recommend and will visit again.

Quite noisy! And the sofa next to the stairs was shaking at every step. Nice service but we have had a lot better Chinese food experience at other restaurants.

We went to the Duck and Rice as it was conveniently located close to the West End theatres so went pre-show. The staff were mindful of this and we managed to get out of the restaurant right on time, although we'd have loved to stay longer and enjoy the atmosphere in the bar! The restaurant section is located upstairs which means it is more quiet for conversation, and we left feeling very satisfied with what we'd eaten and drunk. Would love to go again and try more dishes.

We were seated upstairs at a very nice table by the window corner, quite cozy. Food was good overall but slightly erratic: so while gai lan and dim sum were delicious, crisp duck was rather dry and came with thicker than expected pancakes. Good service but a little slow, then again we were there on a busy late friday night.
