Worst service we have ever had at a Disney property establishment. Our server seemed annoyed from the beginning. He barely acknowledged us when he first approached the table, and never asked us if anybody wanted drinks. We had to request drinks multiple times, and each time he acted like we were annoying him. When he originally brought waters to the table he didn't even bring the right amount for the number of guests. When we got to placing our order, our food came out fairly promptly except for my husband's meal. When we inquired on where his meal was he finally came back and apologized stating the manager would be bringing it up as soon as it came out (he eventually implied he forgot to put it in). When my husband's food finally showed up, the rest of our guests had already entirely completed their meals. Then two couples within our group had wanted dessert. Which the server didn't even bother to take the order, it was done through the manager. When the dessert arrived (I went to the bathroom during this time) only one of the couple received their dessert. I was furious! Did I mention this was for my husband's birthday?! While I was in the restroom our table was informed that all drinks (none alcoholic) would be removed from the bill, as well as, my husband's and I entire meal except for my dish. When the bill arrived the server still charged for everything except the burger that was forgotten and the drink. I will definitely think again before eating at this restaurant. While the ambience and food was fantastic the horrible service made the overall experience decline dramatically.
