   We had a really nice meal yesterday served by a very nice smiley lady for whom nothing was too much trouble . Being older folk we havent got the appetites of yesteryear and she understood this and wasnt pushy for us to order more than we wanted . Excellent

   We had meal for my birthday. The seating area was average and we were seated on a very large table for two people. The food was nice enough. The pie was the star of the show, the curry was a bit bland. Good size portions! Desert was ok, nothing special. We had to ask someone to take a drinks order at one point as the service was a little on the slow side. All in all a nice enough experience, but we wouldn't rush back again.

   Good food, good service at the bar/till, good play area for the kids. Not impressed with the mess left on tables around the garden, including several times requesting our table be cleared of previous diners mess. Lots of wasps too, maybe just one of those things, maybe the left dirty plates/bottles contribute.

   This has become my go to pub for a meal. Portions are very generous, prices are right and the staff is always welcoming. Menu varies from time to time and the dishes are always fresh and tasty. Farmers stands above all the places around that recently jacked up their prices at the same compromising on quantity and quality of food.

   The girls were extremely friendly and efficient in their service, both at the bar and in the restaurant. We had booked an outside table, as we have a 2yr old cockerpoo, but as the weather had cooled down, we sat inside. It was a Monday evening and quiet but we liked that. It was really nice to see other well-behaved dogs in there too! We had typical pub food, scampi and a pie. Both were well presented and delicious 😋. Would recommend

   It was our first time visiting the farmers & sat in the garden as we had our pup with us. Food (veggie roast) arrived promptly, was tasty & service was polite & with a smile. Instrumental music was played which was pleasant & there was a great play area for kids. Ideal pub lunch for a Sunday afternoon.

    Very nice food. Bought out in good time. Would definitely come again. The garlic bread was very nice! So was the Brie starter.
