    My elderly friend and I were very thoughtfully looked after today. The food was delicious, the setting was lovely, and every member of staff we encountered was polite and friendly. Thank you very much.

    Wonderful Sunday roast. Lovely venue, we were seated in the Orangery & served by Tracey who was very attentive & professional. All in all a very relaxing Sunday lunch out. Would highly recommend & will be visiting again soon. A real treat.

    Went as an anniversary meal. We were given a complimentary glass of Prosecco which was lovely and unexpected. I had squid to start which was cooked very well. Partner has duck which he said was good. The beef bourginon was amazing, so full of flavour. Also had the partridge which partner said was slightly dry but he still enjoyed it. Desserts were poached pear tart and rhubarb and custard ice cream. Both delicious. One of the best Negronis I’ve had for a while too. We really enjoyed our evening as the noise wasn’t too loud too so you could have a conversation especially as one of us has a hearing impairment.

    We enjoyed a lovely roast dinner at the restaurant today the food was delicious, the staff were superb, the restaurant was very quaint in a lovely setting. This was our first visit and we will definitely be returning

    We arrived an hour early but we were given a table immediately. Even though they were fairly busy there was still only a short time between ordering and receiving our drinks and food. The staff were very professional and attentive. The ambience is perfect for a relaxing meal. Strongly recommended.

    Service was fantastic as was the food were very kind and considerate looking after my little boy giving him extra bread and being very attentive when needed. Very happy. We'll definitely go back again
