   My family and I recently dined at The Farmhouse and had a wonderful experience! I ordered the pan-seared rockfish, which was perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. The charred corn and risotto was standout side that I thoroughly enjoyed. My family members couldn't stop raving about the smashed potatoes and honey Old Bay wings—they were a hit at our table! Our waiter was incredibly helpful with dinner selections and attentive throughout the meal, making our experience all the more enjoyable. The ambiance was lovely, adding to the overall charm of the evening. I highly recommend The Farmhouse for a delightful dining experience!

   The hostess and our waitress were really friendly and nice. The speed of getting our food and drinks were really slow. It took over an hour to even get our food. The order we placed last, we had a late party member, arrived first and then maybe 30 mins later the rest of the food arrived. It took about 20 mins to even get two drinks. They tell you not to take over 2hours here but it’ll be almost 2 hours before you even get your food. The food was interesting. The pork sausage gravy was overloaded with pepper which made it hard to eat. The cinnamon French toast was mushy but still tasted good. The cornbread was not good at all. Also paying $7 for a small thing of it was kinda crazy.

   Picked this place to try with friends we haven’t seen in a while. The menu had a great variety of foods and flavors. The prices were great for a farm to table place. The food was very good. We had the Duck, Meatloaf, and ribeye. Drinks were great. We’ll definitely be back.

   Service was not the best. Waiter was nice but took very long to take our order and also did not follow up with us for additional drinks and then had to look for him to get check. Only bad part about the experience.

   Not sure if they’re still working out the kinks of being new. Entree came with no short ribs on the plate. Service terribly slow.

   We were 15 min late for our reservation but called ahead and the restaurant was very accommodating. We were seated in a private table for our party of 7. Our waiter was polite and nice. He struggled to get drinks entered properly (wrong martini and forgot a glass of wine), tried to take a drink and plate of food that we were not done with, bring water (we asked 4x and 2 different employees), and ensure we had what we needed (extra plate). Ordered the pork chop and 20min later our waiter came to tell us they were out of pork chops. Soup was brought to the table without a spoon. The manager did stop by and helped get the alternate meal delivered about 5-6min after the other entrees arrived. We were expecting more based on other reviews.

    Great experience overall. While waiting to be seated ahead of our scheduled reservation time, we enjoyed cocktails from the bar and sat by the fireplace in a cozy setting. The bar is expansive, and the live music (a vocalist w/an acoustic guitar) provided a perfect vibe. I would have rated this experience at five stars in every category, but they neglected to bring our appetizer out (or gave it to the wrong table.) Our waiter did make up for it by giving us an order as a to-go item at no charge.  For entrées, I thoroughly enjoyed the Pan Seared Rockfish (substituted the asparagus with roasted vegetables), and my dining partner enjoyed the Pesto Primavera. We will definitely return!
