   We had a reservation for Mothers Day. Our greeting was rude and terrible. No welcome, happy Mother’s Day, or anything. Just sit where you want and the menu will be very limited because we have been busy with Mother’s Day. It felt like we were putting them out to eat there. Food was delicious but I won’t make a trip there again .

   I’m writing to share my feedback about our Mother’s Day brunch reservation on May 11th at 2:00 PM. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below expectations, and I believe it’s important for you to be aware of the issues we encountered. Delays and Poor Service: Despite arriving on time for our reservation, we had to wait for a table. After ordering, we waited two hours for our food to arrive—far longer than neighboring tables (including parties seated after us). Multiple items had to be revised due to the kitchen being out of stock, further delaying the meal. Quality Concerns: The poutine was made with frozen French fries (not advertised as such and unacceptable for the price point). The pancakes are amazing, however. Our water glasses had hair and bugs in them, which is deeply unappetizing and a hygiene red flag. Inconsistent Handling of Complaints: We observed other guests voicing frustrations, and their meals were comped. While we chose not to complain in the moment to avoid further delays, the disparity in treatment was noticeable. Mother’s Day is a special occasion, and this experience was incredibly frustrating for our group. I’d appreciate acknowledgment of these issues and an explanation for the operational failures that occurred. Given the severity of the problems—particularly the food safety concerns—I hope you’ll take steps to ensure this doesn’t happen to future guests.

   I knew it was Mother's Day - I have booked Mother's Day brunch for 9 years in a row since moving to Nashville. However, to be seated at 1:30 and then told "it's coming" or "your order is next" for 2 hours until 3:30 is not good. That would indicate an understaffed kitchen on a huge restaurant day! The waitstaff was doing a great job bringing drinks and water, but two of our party were older and felt almost sick by the time the food arrived. Tipped waittress fairly but this falls squarely on the restaurant mgmt itself!

   1st time visit. Understand it was a holiday but Definitely will not go back. All of orders stated a box of salt had been mixed in them. Asked for no tomatoes in my order and it had tons. It was chaos and people sandwiched in together. Even saw a child serving food and wiping tables. Bathroom is located where drinks are being prepared. Gross! Won’t go back!

   Farmstead Nashville is an absolute gem that embodies the heart of Southern hospitality and culinary creativity. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and attentiveness. The real standout of our visit was the exceptional service. t kay delivered our meal and that signature Southern charm with every interaction. 10 stars for the service and their unforgettable menu. We had the Bronut, veggie omelet and Tennessee hot brown. ALL OF IT TASTED AMAZING. Farmstead is a must-visit restaurant for anyone looking for a true taste of Southern food. Highly recommend!

   Food was awesome, especially for the value. So nice to have a cute yummy breakfast option in Nashville. Love that I can make a resi on Open Table. It was crowded with all the out-of-town visitors in Nashville, but glad for them to have the business! A+
