The Florentine Café is an Italian lunch and dinner café, with a full bar, draft beers, and a great wine selection. Stop by with a friend for drinks and a meal or come to lunch with business colleagues. We now offer outdoor seating, as well as, indoor seating with a great view. When the floor-to-ceiling windows open, they let in a nice breeze, allowing the fresh air to circulate, adding to a beautiful dining experience, in, or out. We also have a separate dining area downstairs that seats up to 50 guests It's perfect for any private event, rehearsal dinner, or business function. The casual atmosphere makes it easy to relax, and enjoy a meal with fine company. Join us, start with complimentary, home-made Focaccia bread and seasoned olive oil, and you must try our signature dish, Ravioli di Aragosta. Other best dishes include, the Fusilli Alla Vodka, Pollo al Limone, and a new favourite, the Salmone D'estate.

The Florentine Cafe is our daughter’s favorite place in the North End. We find it charming, but the food is just ok, and last nights service was mediocre. Our wait person was pleasant, but I had to flag him down 3 times. He was very busy talking to people at the bar, and seem to be distracted by this. The saffron risotto with the Oso Buco tasted like soap, the chicken parm was good not great. The bruschetta needs improvement, very little flavor on served on soft bread. I know this will not be our choice next time we are in the city.

I was highly disappointed that the waiter did not communicate that the tip was included in the bill. Will never be back.

It's great that they take reservations. Atmosphere was lovely, white lights every where. My mates enjoyed her oysters. I really enjoyed the lobster ravioli. We all had a glass of a nice red wine that was just right.

Food was tasty and location and ambience were great! Parking is a bit challenging. Service was very attentive. Pastas were good and authentic. Broccoli was stringy and overcooked so wouldn’t recommend that as a side. Prices were high for food quality and portion sizes.

Went here for a special occasion and was treated to the best table right by a window with an awesome view. Food was great and fairly priced. Cocktail selection was a bit lacking so we went for the wine, which was delicious. Great service. The bar does get very busy at night so just be mindful of that when making late reservations.
