   Such a shame that the restaurant was so cold! We sat in the restaurant and the room was so cold, with no apologies made by the staff when seating you, & small heaters trying to keep the room warm. I had to eat in my coat, completely understand these things happen but it should have been addresses. The food was going cold quickly too which again is a shame.

   Oak room terrible cold room, service terribly slow therefore didn’t have dessert as waitress left us all especially as it was a birthday dinner for family and friends , cold plates so food went cold quickly due to cold room plus cold plates, paid for our main and left sharply to go home and get warm.

   The food quality was poor. Extremely salty on both dishes and the fish fish had no taste of fish was almost rubbery in texture with an extremely salty sauce and an orange colour just that tasted of nothing. Fries were nice and waitress excellent

   Fabulous evening as always. Atmosphere is so lovely. Food is if the best quality whether you choose light bits and wings or the main menu.

   Had a post Christmas Sunday lunch yesterday and I have to say it just gets better and better!! Everybody enjoyed the roasts (the beef was sublime), the place was buzzing and our waitress was brilliant. Well done the Forest - like the postman you always deliver!!

   In this "generation" it's hard to find great service & friendly, polite staff - even on an extremely busy night, this place was perfect! It's obvious why everyone loves their wings! And it's Dog Friendly which is an added bonus!

   Always really accommodating, lovely table in the corner away from the noise of the bar. Food was incredible as always
