   The Fort never disappoints! Great selection and great service. A bit pricey, but for your money you will get a perfectly cooked steak and top notch service. We went there for my husband's birthday dinner, had an exceptional meal, and Candice and Walter spent time chatting with us even though the restaurant was extremely busy. Make your reservation early as it books up quickly, especially if there's a great show at the Sunrise Theater across the street.

   Wait staff is very aware of service timing requirements especially if you’re attending a show across the street following dinner. They did a great job serving us timely with no feeling of being rushed. Food here is always great. The delmonico was the most tender steak I’ve had in a long time.

   As always a 5 star experience at The Fort! The service was excellent as well as the food! The French Onion soup is the best I’ve had anywhere and everyone’s steaks were amazing! Thank you for another wonderful evening!

   Excellent service. Some very nice touches like homemade bread and butter and a variety of salts should you wish to add. We shared the beet arugula salad and we each had the flounder special, both delicious! Highly recommend.

   We ordered the oysters Rockefeller, their land & sea special (filet medallions/scallops) and the flourless chocolate cake. They were all delicious and the service was magnificent. They were aware that we were headed to the theatre and made sure they had us out the door in time. Fabulous evening!

   It was my wife’s birthday. My wife started with a white wine sangria, I had a St. Paloma. For starters she had the gouda tomato bisque, and I had the dirty oysters. The soup was a little too salty for me due to the cheesiness, but my wife loved it. The oysters were the best I’ve ever had. Then we shared the beet and bleu salad salad. The dressing was a gustatory treat. The wagyu ribeye was perfectly cooked to medium and sliced for us to share. I had au poivre vert sauce and my wife had truffle butter. It was not necessary as the steak was tender and juicy, but the sauces took the experience to a higher plane. For sides we shared the maple roasted carrots and the Brussels sprouts. Their flavors were the perfect accompaniment to the steak. For dessert we had the creme brulee and the pannacotta. Both were amazing. The pannacotta was too sweet for me to have more than a few bites, but that’s just a personal preference as I don’t eat dessert often. Candace was our waitress and she was a gem who made my wife’s birthday experience memorable.
