Inspired by the fire within foundries, the factories that produce metal castings, this wood-fired kitchen embraces the flame. The Foundry will be offering a Traditional Buffet for Thanksgiving. The menu will consist of Smoked Turkey Breast, Stuffed Pork Loin. Our Buffet will have Traditional Stuffing, House made Cranberry Sauce, Green Bean Casserole, Mashed Potatoes, Candied Sweet Potatoes, Fried Brussel Sprouts w/Candied Bacon, Baked Mac & Cheese. Our Desserts will consist of Mini Assorted Pies, Sticky Toffee Date Cake Pops, Assorted Mini Cakes such as Gingerbread, Pumpkin and many others. The Foundry will be offering a Holiday Cocktail Menu and Wine Bottle Specials.

Staff was awesome. Ambience is fantastic. Our igloo blew away the night before so we weren’t able to dine there which is understandable.
Many reasons to dine here: ambience, views, location. I hope they can make their risotto resemble risotto a little creamier next time and chicken a little moister. One of a kind spot for Dayton. Highly recommend and will return.

Food is fresh and flavorful. Loved the appetizers. Portions are good. Hummus has an authentic and fresh taste. Ask for extra pita. The burratta cheese app has fresh garlic and the toast is perfect with this dish. I saw the steak at the table next to us and it looked amazing. Really good food!

The food was fine, but not particularly great. Location and ambiance were cool. We went in winter, so we didn't get the summer terrace experience. Service was great until our waiter left with the water pitcher and disappeared for 35 minutes. We just sat there waiting to get the check. If it weren't for that, I would probably recommend it. But there are too many other places in Dayton with better food and service. You should go to any of those before you try this place.

Girls night out with friends. We split the Avocado Deviled Eggs, Watermelon & Feta Salad, the Ingot Crab Cakes & the Vegan Risotto. ALL dishes were excellent & so tasty! Best crab cakes I have had since...? Beautiful interior with an restrained industrial vibe and service was great. We all enjoyed our 1st visit. Will come again!

Great! Bravo. One bartender had no personality at all! If I see her again, I will ask for another bartender or leave. I come out to relax not to be treated ungrateful or I’m an inconvenience to anyone.
