   Have eaten breakfast or brunch here several times. A nice menu with a lot of options, Everyone was happy with their choice both Vegans and carnivores.

   The cod was amazing and drinks divine. The service was excellent and the seating was perfect! I would highly recommend!

   The food was terrible. Poor value for what you got. Each meal came with a glass of champagne except it was half a glass. Food was cold and or not properly cooked. Dessert was boring. Would not recommend it nor do it again.

   Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, loved the atmosphere. Lobby restaurant smelled foul. Surprisingly washroom smelled better. Washroom was clean and bright, with quite a number of small shower flies. The food was delicious, we had vegetarian and vegan items. Our server Miguel was kind and attentive. Many of the staff members we interacted with seemed overwhelmed. Once I started chatting with them they seemed to relax and become friendly. Our meals came out at odd times, kitchen was backed up. They Made up with free mocktails. Restaurant manager seemed overwhelmed and kind! When the bill arrived they charged us extra for an item we didn’t order. Systems need to be upgraded, not the staffs fault. It’s the ownership or leadership teams responsibility. I recommend to go on a slower day and not holiday.

   Excellent experience. Last year we dined at reflections for xmas brunch and it was far too noisy, service was extremely slow and food was okay. This year was much better at 1927 lobby bar

   Wonderful ambience however when we only have the table booked for 90 minutes it shouldn’t take 20 minutes for cocktails to arrive. While it was the holiday season not every table was full so we found service to be very slow. The regular Espresso Martini was okay nothing special. I’ve had better especially in other 5 star Vancouver hotels. The food has improved significantly and I hope to see the same food improvements when the rooftop opens up again.

   Food and location was great. The cost of getting a Coca-Cola was insane. Eight dollars for a small glass. If you are the designated driver, it makes it impossible to order anything inexpensive.

    I made a reservation for the Georgia bar musical experience. We arrived a few minutes early and I saw a table for two open in the bar. I let the hostess know that we arrived. In the meantime a person had walked up and sat at the table. Our table. The manager spoke with the person who sat at our table and the person refused to move. So we were seated in the 1927 bar, which was not what we had reserved. We were not given the seat we reserved as the person was staying at the hotel. Leaving this review so others will know that when you make a reservation at this bar, guests of the hotel take precedence over your reservation. They sent over a couple of glasses of bubble but that didn’t make up for the disappointment of not having the special evening I’d planned with my Dad.
