   I absolutely love this place it’s a great spot to go to for before concerts and the staff are so lovely

   Food wasn’t the best for the price all tasted like microwaved food wouldn’t recommend the food in my opinion

   The service was very bad- the staff had an argument infront of our table about who’s food was who’s. The burgers arrived with nothing on them like stated on the menu and was extremely dry. When we said it to a member of staff they just looked at me and said I don’t know and walked away. When we asked for the sauces we paid for they ignored us. When we left another two tables stopped us and said it is very bad here they were glad they weren’t the only ones

   Generally Love the Green room have being multiple times ! But this occasion was poor - half our food order never came so our party all ate at different times which was disappointing, the staff member was quiet rude when we questioned the delay stating " well we do the 300 people to cater for just wait " 😯 ... the toilets were disgusting 🫣 the floor was destroyed the whole time we were there , very unhygienic Overall our party were unhappy leaving ! Hope the green room take the feedback well .

   Arrived was given a dirty table, this didn't bother me as such as you could tell it was a quick turnaround. And we was told someone would be with us to clean. However we had to ask twice and when the someone turned upto they proceeded to clean the wrong table and in his words he assumed our table was dirty because wed caused it. The food was basic at best. I get it was busy due to a concert being on but THIS was why we choose to eat and drink here. Its hyped up as the place to be, when we return to the 3arena we will opt to eat and drink elsewhere.

    I booked a table before a gig, only to be told kitchen was closed due to being too busy. BOOKING SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN TAKEN IN FIRST PLACE IF THIS WAS CASE
