   We chose The Grey Dog while looking up menus online, for our trip to NYC. I was especially excited to see the vegan and vegetarian options that weren’t just a veggie burger. Not only was the food delicious, I felt great after eating such a healthy meal. The service was great, warm and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a fun atmosphere, and great food!

   Our server was great! He was Dominican, very attentive and very helpful with our mother. Food was delish as well.

   I was disappointed that the server rushed us out for another reservation since I was with friends I hadn’t seen in years. And we were only there an hour.

   The Grey Dog is always a pleasure. Consistently good food, sort of basic American fare but done well, fun, young and upbeat atmosphere. Service was attentive without being pushy. For me it’s a go to for a good casual lunch around the city. The only downside is that the tables are really packed together.

    We visited The Grey Dog for a Sunday morning family breakfast and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and seated by MyKayla (I hope I’m spelling this correctly!). She was not only friendly but also extremely attentive, taking the time to answer our questions about the menu with patience and great knowledge. The food itself was absolutely delicious—each dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. MyKayla’s excellent service made our meal even more enjoyable, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. Overall, it was a wonderful way to cap off the weekend. We’ll definitely be back for another delicious breakfast soon!
