   We went for my Husband’s Birthday weekend. The dinner was absolutely delicious as always! One of our absolute favorite restaurants. The food, service and atmosphere are always outstanding. We also love to stay at the Soundview. Also always spectacular. We will definitely be back.

   Hello , Our experience with team from the Haylard and Sparkling point was Fun and Informative. We learned alot about the Maillard effect and the great pairing between champagne and sparkling wines with browned and roasted foods . The food was Outstanding . The view of the sound and overall ambiance of the restaurant is always Superb . Looking forward to more of these educational pairings . Thanks for a new experience. Nick Main Street Fireplace

   Good food but has some overpriced items compared to other places near by that offer the same items that are just as good. Staff is friendly and eager to please. Dining room needs new more comfortable chairs and better lighting.

   This used to be my favorite place. I guess it’s different in the summer? My boyfriend and I both have worked in the industry so we understand, they called and left a voicemail that the kitchen was closing at 8. We were running late because of traffic and called back immediately to let them know we were down the street, no answer after 3 calls. When we got in it was normal, greeted and seated, but the service was so slow. For a place to call and make us feel rushed with the voicemail I expected it to be focused. It took maybe 10 minutes to get water, they never came back to refill our glasses, forgot our side of ice, the waitress was chill and knowledgeable about the menu, but was she the only one on?? Why couldn’t someone come to check on us. Dirty plates in front of us for like 10 minutes. It wasn’t packed out but it wasn’t dead I was giving the benefit of the doubt. The only fast pace was when we asked for the check. After dinner our stomachs were killing us. I loved the flavor but idk. I really wanted to like our dinner. It was his first time going there and probably our last.

   Took a while to finally get our drinks after ordering them and watching others who sat AFTER us get theirs. Were finally delivered with “Sorry it took so long”. Food was good, portions good. A big noisy and some staff looked confused.

   We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Halyard. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. The food was just as impressive—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. We started with the tuna tartare and the calamari, which came with a delightful surprise—perfectly blistered shishito peppers that added just the right amount of heat. For our main course, the halibut was cooked to perfection, and the Brussels sprouts were crispy and full of flavor. The cheese-laced mashed potatoes were an indulgent, creamy dream. Dessert was an espresso-infused crème brûlée that was both unexpected and absolutely delicious. Halyard exceeded our expectations in every way.

   Horrible experience. The service was horrible. Never even asked us if we wanted a drink. Waitress barely checked on us. We had to flag someone down for water. Food was ok. Small portions and expensive. Limited menu choices.
