   Been here many times with no issues. This time my wife and I ordered the lobster roll which comes with chips (like French fries) I asked if I can sub for regular fries and was told yes. My wife asked if she could sub for a vegetable and was told yes which she did. When the bill came the waitress added $4.95 for the fries and $10.95 for the vegetable. Not to mention that they applied an 18% tip.I usually give 25% tip but when they demand an 18% tip that is what they get. They dont trust the customer to tip accordingly.

   Food and service was good. Could have been a bit more fun or special for New Years. They needed a few touches to enhance the atmosphere on a holiday night.

   I like the aesthetic here, it’s spot on and interesting atmosphere. Food is pretty good. If it were not for the music I would go often. The music has to go. I don’t like eating to a thumping club beat, it’s too loud and not a relaxing. Everyone has to talk loudly to be heard which exacerbates the problem. When I suggest an adjustment , I’m told the staff has no control over it.

   Hampton social was highly recommended by friends, but we were disappointed The food menu was extremely limited and the quality needs a little help. Are oysters appeared to be shocked previously before ordering them. Our dishes were ok but extremely salty.

   Siena was great. Food was top notch. Didn't expect lunch to be so good. Fish sandwich was delicious with a side salad that I would come back for. Yummy yummy yummy.

   Checked in with hostess at 840 for 845 reservation. Waited over 30 minutes to get seated. Food is mediocre at best. Drinks are decent but ran out of ingredients for specialty cocktails. ordered coffee for dessert and received cold, waiter said we were lucky to get a cup and offered to microwave instead of making fresh. AC was dripping water on table.

   Excellent food and service. Although menu is limited we enjoyed everything we ordered and were very pleased. Nice place to sit and chat and eat with some good rose which is what they are known for.

   Disappointing. Literally one of the worst meals we’ve had in a long time. Salmon overcooked and the limp pizza was inedible. We nicely mentioned the salmon but the server, as friendly as he was, had nothing to say and sort of disappeared after that. Vibe is weird too. Sports bar-esque meets low brow nautical. There are SO many great restaurants to love in Delray - Lulu’s, Elisabettas, etc., but not much to love here. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere people.

   Perhaps Saturday night is a good choice for this venue if you just want a simple dinner. They tried to stuff us into a tiny table in a major walkway. We instead chose the bar. The bartender was super sweet, but seriously overworked. We waited to order drinks and then another 20 mins to order food and then another 50 mins to get our food - which was cold. My Fiance liked his - and mine was ok. We didn’t have the heart to tell the poor bartender that the food was cold. It’s also a major party place - which wasn’t what we wanted at the time. I’m sure it would be a lovely experience if you were in a party mood, we’re just drinking or if they were more fully staffed.
