   Not the best overall experience on this visit to Hatch Cantina - I had been before in the evening with a smaller group and thought it’d be a great spot for a friends birthday brunch that included people visiting from out of town. Unfortunately, after sitting for 25 minutes we still weren’t acknowledged at all, to the point that we were confused on if we should expect a server or if we should be ordering at the bar (even though the two tables behind us were being helped by a server who refused to acknowledge our existence). Finally, a different server came to refill our water pitchers and we had to ask to order which they seemed surprised by. The food was great, although the drip coffee that 3 people ordered was not warm (hardly luke warm), and it came out quickly after we ordered. There really was no interaction with a server besides ordering and we were never asked if we were celebrating an occasion, even though that note was left when I initially made the reservation. Overall, a disappointing experience that felt very impersonal.

   I love Hatch. Have been many times, for both the brunch and regular menu. All great food. The one annoying thing is when coming with a group they can only split the bill evenly and only up to 4 ways.

   Love the food and bottomless mimosas at Hatch! A bit sketchy to get there but worth the trek.

   What a nice local to enjoy brunch with friends! The food was wonderful and not a crumb left over. We sat at an open window which was a treat on a bright Sunday in Seattle. Our server was just the level of involved. She was helpful and respectful! This will be a regular stop for us.

   Easy to get to from the Pier waterfront, not very crowded on a Friday evening. Great food and drink selection with excellent service. The food was superb (green Chile stew, beef tacos), and the special Don Julio 1942 was smooth. Easy to converse with a low to moderate noise level, and nice classic rock in the background. We would love to come back on our next visit.

   Food was super delicious, and lots of choices for a large group. Our server was a bit overwhelmed by our large party, but the crew worked together and delivered all of our entrees at the same time, even with some latecomers adding their orders after the fact.

    They had amazing South West food, so delicious! They also have really good flights of tequila. The owner and staff were really friendly and nice.
