The HC Tavern + Kitchen is a family-friendly, classic American grill located at Fishers District in Fishers, IN. We are open for lunch and dinner daily with a menu that features sandwiches, salads, steak, seafood, and beer, wine, and cocktails, with a brunch menu available on Saturdays and Sundays. All reservations will be held for 15 minutes.

Patio dining is first come first serve. We do our best to accommodate requests, but requests cannot always be guaranteed.

Food was outstanding. It's a very loud place, better for dinners with no conversation. The hostess and food runner were outstanding. The server was not good. She seemed distracted and uninterested. Never brought us our two wine bottle purchases. We asked three times, each time more directly. Nope! This was at 5:15 P.M., the restaurant was not busy. Usually when we dine at HC the reservation is at 4:00 P.M. when few customers are present. It's not so loud at that time of day. We'll be avoiding HC for a six or so months till it's likely this server is no longer in their employ. With the wine, the total tab was approaching $800 for a table of four. Too expensive for this kind of experience. If you're a foodie and aren't interested in service or ambiance (or dine at 4:00), then you'll probably like HC.

Our dining experience for brunch was great! The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the ambiance was lovely. Ryan was our friendly waiter. We will definitely be back!

Great food! Took a long time to get food. We were there for 1 hr and 45 min. Which would have been fine but the music was really loud. We were on the porch so maybe it’s just a little too loud out there. What a beautiful restaurant!

The lobster cargo was fantastic and the wavy meatloaf was outstanding too. Unfortunately, the crab cake Benedict came out lukewarm and our server was not attentive. It seemed the tables around us had good service, but our waitress went MIA frequently. Food and drinks came to our table much later than those who arrived at the same time we did. Eventually, other servers came to our rescue to help fill drink orders. I want to believe this is a “one off” incident, as the atmosphere and food was good.

Had the grilled romaine salad- yum. Had to pay for bread and it was just regular bread-nothing special like they used to have. I had my favorite lobster escargot. Excellent. Hubby had the tomato soup which was thick and tasty. He also had a pork chop cooked just right. Our server was Amber- who was on the ball and very entergetic and friendly! Don't forget the sugar cream pie!

This is our favorite place in Fishers. The Spinelli steak is luxurious.As far as the Lobster escargot goes it is the bomb. Service outstanding and my wife and I always feel welcome.

Everything was pretty good had to wait a while for waitress and the meatloaf wasn’t really meatloaf it was more like a sausage. Everything else was good.
