Our waitress was amazing. It was our anniversary and they brought a glass of champagne to start the evening. The food was perfect. They also gave us another dessert to celebrate! We definitely will return!

A couple hiccups with the food, but overall experience was amazing. Service was great and immediately resolved the hiccups with no question. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The rain tarps look awful and really give a very bad first impression. No reason for the one over your beautiful front hostess table. The giant rocks to hold it down look like you are under construction. It’s not as good as it used to be. Sorry we would drive the distance to see you guys but last night disappointed. I hope you can take the necessary steps to make the adjustments

We love eating at Hero Ranch! Our server was Brianna and she was wonderful with us. Although it was busy, she checked in on us as much as she could. The food was excellent and came out quickly. We love sitting outside because they keep on the heaters and I love the ambiance.

Very off night, hoping this was just a one off. This place is usually awesome, but everything last night at dinner was very average. It was like sauces were missing from each dish or something. Butter cake dessert was still awesome. Tempura green beans soggy, ahi in the taco trio was bland, chicken sliders were not great, the Mexican corn was thin and runny. Posting so there is some update that they missed on dinner last night and they can get back to being the place I love to eat. Hoping it was just our meal.

Have eaten here many times and dined again last night. Generally enjoyable meal but ordered medium rare wagyu filet and it came medium to well done. Other than that the food here is excellent maybe just an off night?

Seated shortly after our reservation by friendly host. Not a formal dining experience but it was nice and attractive. Service was very good, but the star was the food/menu! Everything we ordered was beautiful in presentation and very tasty. Dessert options were great and we enjoyed our experience very much. Parking was difficult to find so give yourself time to park!
