   Nice experience, food was good, service was good and friendly but a bit slow ( restaurant was very busy). We enjoyed the outdoor patio with heaters and really enjoyed the live music. Will be back!

   It was a great Valentines Day experience. Me and my partner had a great time, the food was amazing and the service was fantastic. We were well taken care of through out our whole dinner.

   This was my third time to the Hideout. I was hopeful that this would be my new favorite restaurant, but after three visits, it’s definitely not. The service was slow, very slow. Our waitress walked past us multiple times rarely checking in on us. It took about 30 minutes just to place an appetizer order. The food was better this time than the last. The most disturbing part of our visit was a male manager (the younger one) touching a female server near or on her butt when he walked by. He looked back with a smirk hoping for a reaction, but the waitress did not react. Whether or not they are a couple doesn’t matter. It’s unprofessional. Someone in a higher ranked position should never be touching a lower ranked employee. Hopefully the video footage from the bar area will be looked at to confirm this.

   We love the restaurant. The simple fact was our waitress had a table of 17 in addition to us and ??? She was apologetic and tried her best to help us, and considering did OK. We were outside and the big table was inside in the back. Nevertheless our service was not great. In her defense there were so many service people going by our table but rarely did anyone stop to see if we were doing OK. I believe if someone gets a large table like that, then the rest of the staff should be told to watch her other tables. The food is great and the prices are good, it just seemed that the manager on duty was not watching out for the guests and directing the staff. We’ll be back anyway - as it was good, just like the other times we have been there. A friend took us, and is generally a good tipper - and I am sure the tip was generous as we felt sorry for our waitress. We’ll be back for the food and hopefully for someone with a normal workload!    Second time we’ve eaten here. The food was delicious- we ordered salads, pizza and a spaghetti and meatball dish. One of the owners visited us several times- very caring and conscientious. We enjoy The Hideout very much!

    Great food. Good atmosphere. Really enjoy this place. I love that the owner comes around and says hi and checks on everything
