   I made a reservation weeks ago for 6 of us instead de at 6:45. Upon arrival I was told we would be seated outside because several large WITHOUT reservations were still there. No regard for customers with reservations. After 15 minutes of pleading my case we got an inside table. They had a large table RESERVED with no one sitting there! Very frustrating. Food was ok. Sliders over cooked - almost burnt. Fish and chips was a two small pieces of fish. Too bad since after a positive review we decided to give it a try. We won’t be back.

   The place was ok overall - our waitress Grace was lovely and she was trying her best. She was new to the place. Menu was a bit of a disappointment - it was not the menu listed here on Open Table - it’s similar but not all the items are available (fish) - it’s essentially a fancy burger joint which is not what we’re looking for. For those of us who opted for burgers, they were delicious. It needs a bit of work - not quite there yet

   I’m always looking for new places to try. On the recommendation of someone on NextDoor, I took my sister there for happy hour for her birthday. Oh my! We laughingly started with dessert - a chocolate martini. The best we’ve ever had. We ordered Grandma‘s meatballs, buffalo cauliflower, and buffalo shrimp. I must say, the buffalo in those two items is no joke. Loved the ambience. The service was superb. Our server, Brian, and busboy were very personable and attentive. Will definitely be returning to try some of the other dishes.

   We tried the Hideout when it first opened and hadn’t been back in a while. However, after seeing so many positive reviews on next-door, decided to try it again. I went with a few friends and we tried different pizzas and one of the girls had scallops. All the food was delicious. We also had a couple different cocktails that were great as well if you haven’t been here in a while or before, check it out. The new bar area is a nice addition as well.

   We had a reservation for 5:00. We were seated on time. Then we were totally ignored. At 5:30, we decided to leave.

   We enjoyed the BEST happy hour. Food and drink options were plentiful. We enjoyed the house wines, ahi salad, grandmas meatballs and the buffalo shrimp. All were delish! Outstanding and entertaining staff. We can’t wait to go back!

    Our first time at The Hideout but will definitely be back. Smash hamburger and meat balls were a must have.
