The Hollybush, is situated just off the A435, Junction 3, M42, down a quiet and peaceful Gorcott Hill. We are a family friendly Pub that also offers dining, sourcing local fresh produce wherever we can. We have a beautiful garden where you can sit on the patio or even on the grass and enjoy the sun we get all day long. If you enjoy good beer, drinks & food then you have found the place to come.

    We make 99% of our produce on site here at the Holly Bush Gorcotthill and even go to the lengths of growing it ourselves to, we have the experience here to cater for Christenings, weddings, funerals. Be it on a budget or not we can work and help you from start to finish and make your day as special and memorable as you require.

    After a wonderful Christmas meal with great food and exceptional service I decided to take my sister here for a meal, it couldn’t of been more different x I felt I was a hinderance to the waitress and the fish was so greasy I just couldn’t eat it, as for the salad as I didn’t want chips, a bit of iceberg lettuce , a chopped tomato and a radish. My sisters meal was no better, we won’t be returning again which is such a shame after the lovely experience at Christmas

    Went for Sunday lunch for my wife’s birthday, food and service was excellent, plenty of food and great tasting. Will definitely be going there again .

    The Sunday Sirloin is as lovely and the staff are friendly and attentive. Can’t knock anything about the place.

    Last minute booking with my husband. Lovely atmosphere, cozy pub and beautiful food. I’d recommend the pork belly- it was excellent.

    Came to the holly bush for our family Boxing Day meal last night and it absolutely amazing food was excellent and the service to match , added touch of the Xmas hats were fab my 2 nephews loved them will definitely book again for next year

    We were a party of 6 and we all had outstanding meals. The Holly Bush was decorated beautifully for the festive season. The staff were brilliant and so helpful. Everything about our evening was perfect and we would all return! Thank you!
