There's a reason it’s called The Hub. We’ve been at the center of the Heber Valley for nearly a century.

We have been the home of Saturday morning breakfast with the family, a lunch with friends, or even a first date.
We’ve been here after a day at the lake, after an adventure in the mountains, or an early morning before a day on the slopes - or just for a nice meal around the ones you love.

The Hub is more than a restaurant, it’s our own hometown haven where memories are made with family & friends over a lifetime. A lot can happen in a century, especially at a bustling restaurant.

The Hub’s beautiful new home keeps its old bones while creating a refuge to honor the history of our valley and our hard-working families. Our new Hub focuses on getting back to our roots. Dirt on our hands and in our boots, our new mascot Rocky, a highland cow, exemplifies our story. This is the new Hub, the heart of Heber Valley - for this century and the next.

Welcome Back.

After hearing glowing recommendations from a couple of locals, I booked a reservation at The Hub with high expectations, especially to try their popular Fish & Chips with Cajun tartar sauce. Accompanying me were my son and daughter-in-law, who were visiting from California for the holidays. We were seated promptly upon arrival, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server was attentive, and we sought her recommendations before placing our order. However, to our disappointment, we were informed that the restaurant had run out of not only the Fish & Chips but also the crispy boneless chicken thighs—a letdown for a restaurant known for these dishes. We adjusted our order, opting for rigatoni alla vodka pasta dishes and a regular hamburger. While the pasta sauce was fairly good, the chicken that came with it was bland and dry. Unfortunately, the overall food quality did not justify the steep cost of over $100 for four people. The one standout was the fried pickles appetizer, which was delicious. However, given the inconvenience of unavailable menu items, it would have been a thoughtful gesture for management to offer a discount or complimentary appetizer as an apology. This lack of acknowledgment left us feeling undervalued as customers. While the atmosphere and service were pleasant, the disappointing food and missed opportunity for recovery make it unlikely that we’ll return.

I was a little apprehensive going here because other reviews seemed to be hit or miss, but I’m so glad I gave The Hub a shot— I will absolutely be returning on future visits to the Heber area! We made a reservation and arrived at what appeared to be peak dinner hour. However, we were seated quickly and provided waters and menus. It took the server a little bit to get to us, but he did stop by to acknowledge our wait and let us know he’d be right with us. It was probably 10 minutes before he came to take our orders, but he was slammed and working hard. We ordered the Bavarian Pretzel appetizer, which was perfect for 4 adults to share. Each of us got different sandwiches— the Reuben, the Triple Grilled Cheese, and Hatch Green Chili sandwiches. Each was absolutely delicious and more than ample on portion size— only one of us was actually able to finish their entree. The sandwiches comes with your choice of French fries or sweet potato fries, or you can substitute for a small House or Caesar salad. The fries all come with fry sauce and are perfectly cooked and seasoned. The small salad I got was fresh and generously took up half my plate. Throughout dinner, there was one staff member dedicated to keeping our water glasses filled and we found the service to be very attentive. The food was great quality, not unreasonably priced, and delicious. The restaurant is clean and has been beautifully remodeled. I highly recommend The Hub, especially because you can make a reservation during peak ski/holiday season. It’s a win!

The food was great. The service was awesome, more people showed up than expected, and they did not hesitate or make an issue to accommodate the guests. Thank you. I'll definitely make more reservations if my tip was inappropriate plz let me know

We had the best experience at The Hub. The food is amazing & the staff is so friendly and accommodating. We were a large party of 10 and our server was amazing. She patiently answered our questions about the menu & offered great recommendations. Our service was amazing. The food was delicious and the portions were overly generous. I highly recommend trying one of the specialty drinks. I had the Heber Mule it was DELICIOUS!!

This is our first time eating hear. We had seen lots of great reviews so we decided to tryfor ourselves. It was easy to reserve a table through OpenTable. We arrived and were immediately seated and we had our waters within minutes. Our drinks came quickly but our food took longer than expected. The food was delicious and served hot. We’ll definitely go back again.
