   This was an amazing experience. The vibes the food was perfect for a date night! The lamb chops were cooked to perfection and the cocktails were delicious. Our waiter Chi did wonderful with our service. She was kind and sweet and attentive to our requests. Everything about the Icon was excellent.

   As first timers my expectations were high considering the reviews and advertising I saw prior to visiting. We came for brunch & upon our arrival we waited a good minute before being attended to for seating. It was not busy at all then once seated, no one came to our table for a while. We had to ask for a waiter. As I mentioned it was not busy so I felt service could’ve been quicker & more attentive. The food was okay, nothing spectacular in my opinion. The music was too loud for the small crowd that was there. The place looks nice but that’s pretty much it.

   This was a great atmosphere, food was really good, I was a little disappointed that I didn't get my oxtails because of the Valentine's Day menu, but still had a great time will come again.

   I made a reservation in January for February 14th for a party of 7. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to find a set Valentine's Day menu that I wasn't aware of. The manager came to our table, and when I asked about the menu, she explained it was posted on the website in February. I felt we should have been informed about the $59.99 per person price tag, as we wanted to order from the regular menu. One of my friends, whose husband is Jamaican, wanted something not listed on the Valentine's menu. We requested to speak with the manager again, who apologized for the inconvenience. Shortly after, the chef visited our table, and my friend explained her request. Without hesitation, the chef agreed to accommodate her. We were all impressed by the exceptional service. In the end, most of us ordered the lamb chops, which were delicious. Except my husband he had the Chicken Diablo Pasta, loved it!!! My husband and I had actually celebrated our anniversary at the same restaurant last year and loved the lamb chops except him. He ordered some type of chicken from the menu. He enjoyed it. Our waitress was Dawn did an excellent job taking care of us.

   Excellent restaurant. I suggest everyone at least try it. You will not be disappointed. Oxtails with coconut rice was delicious. My husband ordered the Curry Goat, it was delicious.

   The service smh… had a table of 12 for a birthday and it took us about 90mins to get drinks which was brought one at a time literally 1 glass every 15-20mins and I had to wait for almost 2 hours to get my food which I eventually had to take home because everyone else on my table were done eating! then the server couldn’t tell me to my face and had to send someone else to come give me an update about my food being platted which didn’t make no sense and I was over it at this point! I recommend getting more workers and an extra bartender on busy nights because it seems like they were struggling to keep up making people wait for hours for drinks and food.

    The restaurant is beautiful! However we went to celebrate my birthday and the experience was horrible. The servers were rude, food and drinks were slow. We waited over 45 minutes for drinks and over hour half for food. When the food arrived the quality was not good. Grits were cold and old, lamb chops undercooked. The servers made excuses and offered no apology or resolution.
