The Italiano, the newest masterpiece by Chef Joey Maggiore and his team of culinary geniuses, located at 90th Street and Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale, the elevated Italian restaurant will be The Maggiore Group’s sixth concept introduced to the Valley’s award-winning dining scene.

The Italiano exudes an ambiance of casual elegance, blending warmth with sophistication, while offering authentic Italian dishes that transport you to the very heart of culinary tradition in Italy. The menu will feature the flavors of old-school red sauce Italian cuisine with a Chef Joey touch. Interactive tableside experiences will include an antipasto cart where guests can curate their own plate with over 30 different items. There will also be a must-try Limoncello cocktail cart and a Zabaione dessert cart.

The Italiano's lounge and bar will be open at 3pm, and reservations will begin at 5pm for main dining.

    Dining a bit later (7:30ish) will help with the noise level! It also helps the wait staff be more attentive to any specific dietary needs. Food is excellently prepared.

    This was our first visit to The Italiano but definitely not our last! From the moment you reach the front door, the decor invites you in to a beautiful space and feeling you are in Italy. Gorgeous crystal chandeliers and blue and white wall tiles create a beautiful ambience. And then the food! The shrimp Oreganata was outstanding. They have a very unique presentation of a Ceasar salad which also was delicious. Our entrees completed this exquisite culinary journey with a very tender veal piccata and savory Short rib ravioli. From the cocktails to the chocolate pistachio bites at the end made our first visit so special that we can’t wait to go back! The attention to every detail in the decor to the presentation of each course is excellent!

    Wow!!! Wow!! What can I say, this is one of the best Italian restaurants, period. I have visited this place three times and all three were excellent. If your a chicken parm fan then order it for sure. I am addicted to this dish to a point that isn't healthy :). I love, love this place.
