   Absolutely disappointing service by our waiter Daniel. Firstly missed one of our drink order. Never did checback. Walked past us several times while we were waiting to order food. Finally food order taken. No checkback at all.. had to ask him again to order mains. Absolutely unprofessional. A lovely waitress jumped in. Cleared the plates as we had no space for mains. And took care of us. Even offred us free dessert for birthday celebration. But at the end our waiter who introduced himself in the start as he will be serving us today, which he never did. came asap to take the bill. Beautiful ambience. Lovely food. Bad service.

   Amazing for our anniversary ❤️ 1 year together, absolutely 💯 amazing, our server was so lovely, nothing was too much trouble and really kind to everyone she spoke too Felt cared for and wanted We would come again, we had a treat with happy anniversary too which made it extra special, thank you x

   Enjoyed a beautiful lunch with friends for celebration. Options of cocktails good and variety of food. Decoration and ambience lovely, staff we attentive and helpful throughout.

   I have been to this restaurant a couple of times, and the food has always been great, but the service was poor (from one staff member in particular), not including the people serving at the bar were very friendly and accommodating.

   Sam showed us to our table and was very smiley and professional. Eve was our table host, knowledgeable, smiley, and had excellent customer service. The food was lovely, noodles however a disappointing as very stodgy. The birthday dessert was a lovely touch as the occasion was for our daughter's 20th Birthday. We had a lovely time and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. Thank you.

    The restaurant is gorgeous inside but that’s about it. Food was really disappointing - sashimi was rubbery, dumplings had no flavour, dry chicken, overcooked rice, and the char siu pork was really chewy. For the price, expected more interesting flavours or at least nicely cooked meat but wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of it was microwaved. Portions were small and super overpriced. Cocktails were also nothing special. Great spot for photos but that’s about it. Everything was so bland!
