   Had the afternoon tea as a birthday treat. Fantastic service, very quick with the food and had refills of our hot drinks. The afternoon tea is quite a spectacle! Massive amount of food (we had to take some away in a box!) but all very tasty. We even had a bonus birthday choux bun with chocolate sauce at the end! Only slight downside was the festive Battenberg was a bit strange being bright green and red.

   Uninspiring, average food; expensive all round & rushed service. Couldn’t relax. It’s a money churning wheel. Wouldn’t return.

   Disappointed, the service was very poor considering g it was a Wed evening they were not busy Had to get waiters attention to order drinks 3 times, when wine arrived ice bucket white far away had to get up twice to get the bottle as no one around, hard broken egg on chicken Milanese should have been the soft perfect egg won’t return poor chefs poor staff don’t care attitude ..

   Early dinner at 5:30pm, next to an enormous table of lunch leftovers which remained unclean for most of our meal. The atmosphere was very quiet that time of day which was quite nice. My food was good, however my wife’s vegetarian dish left a lot to be desired. Ordered a second beer half way through mains which was brought to us as we were paying the bill, but otherwise service was fine. For what we got and experienced it was overpriced and felt slightly dirty/choatic. Not what we were expecting and would not recommend or go back.

   We were seated at correct time but after serving our drinks eventually we had to ask to be served . It was over 45 min later. The food was ok . The desert was a frozen bomb with a warm sauce to melt the frozen ice cream. Unfortunately it was cold sauce that then splattered on me when I went to attempt to ‘ get into’ my desert. Again I had to get up to get service . No one apologized and the waitress was simply rude bringing the ‘new ‘ warm sauce but refusing to give it to me insisting on pouring it herself. So like a child I had to say ‘when’then she took sauce away? I’m not sure I’d go back

   Food as always was excellent. We had the brunch menu. Drink, vegetarian breakfast and mini pastry.

   Always enjoy the Ivy, haven't eaten in different branches and all great. Attentiveness of staff, presentation of food, lovely surroundings and ambience.

    Booked for brunch, wouldn’t go again. Food was v average and coffee not hot enough. Smoothie order was literally decanted from a pre-made plastic bottle into a glass at the bar in full site, shattering the illusion of it being freshly prepared. Lots of staff but not lots of knowledge or enthusiasm apart from the waiter who mistakenly delivered a giant profiterole with a candle to our table as if we were celebrating a birthday which we were not! The table next to us were and despite my protest we had to keep the profiterole which incidentally tasted and smelled as if the cream was off!
