    Wait time was 30-40 mins for our table. That seems to be the way things work, would have been good to know that even if you reserve for a certain time your table is likely not ready.

    The food was delicious, but the service left much to be desired. We ordered Steak Tartare, which is traditionally served raw, but the waiter kept insisting it was raw as if we didn’t understand English. Later, after waiting a long time for our table to be cleaned and to place our dessert order, we stepped outside for a moment. Upon our return, we found our table had been given to another customer. When we informed the waiter about the situation, they hastily made us pay and directed us to have our coffee at the bar.

    We were rushed out while still drinking tea which ruined the experience for us. The waitress was stressed about making the next table. At no point during booking or entry time were we told that we would have to be in such a hurry. Good was nice. In general service was good- I don't think it was the waitress fault- just not enough time to finish tea- I never had that experience before.

    Very poor customer service. Had to ask for drinks order to be taken, ask for water, no courtesy check, had to ask for table to be cleared after dinner, ask for dessert menu. Really poor disinterested staff which really let's down a lovely venue.

    We booked for 2pm,thinking the lunchtime rush would be over but it was very busy. We didn’t want starters and the waitress said it would be 30 minutes until our mains arrived as the kitchen was very busy, we agreed to wait,it took 45minutes. The food was really good,full of flavour,despite the long wait. Given the number of bookings perhaps they need more chefs.
