    Service was good as always as was food . Good atmosphere for NY however thought was very expensive at £90 per head . Not even a glass of fizz included for New Year as in previous years .

    The whole experience was slightly amusing in that it resembled a Fawlty towers episode - 5 waiters passing without taking our order. 30 mins later we established they thought we were Italian and were waiting for the Italian waiter to arrive. Generally poor service, The scones were lovely in the afternoon tea as were the chicken sandwiches.

    Beautiful environment but hectic, noisy. Staff seemed tightly wound. Registered an allergy with server and never really got surety that the chef had been consulted. Ended up leaving most of meal behind.

    Wildly disappointed overall. The atmosphere would be much better if they didn’t blast club music the whole time. We went for afternoon tea and expected a more quiet, relaxing ambience, not a loud and tightly packed one. When we were sat down they forgot that we had booked the tea experience, and the waitress we had didn’t seem to care about serving us. While the food and tea were pleasant, the overall experience was very disappointing and if you’re looking for an afternoon tea experience I would look elsewhere.
