We were treated to afternoon tea. A gift voucher from our son and new daughter in law. Not that we had paid I thought the price of the afternoon tea for what we got was rather expensive. Not a price I would have paid. The tea was quite nice, my wife had a pot of tea and I ordered coffee. On the menu it stated a pot of coffee. All I got was a cup of coffee. The staff were very friendly, but didn’t come to ask if everything was ok. It was a nice experience but having had afternoon tea in other places it was expensive compared to other venues.

Poor service - the ppl at the table next to us had a different waiter who by comparison seemed overly attentive. Service much better at The Ivy in Bath and Tunbridge Wells

Overall a lovely lunch. Good service and a nice atmosphere. Only negative was very poor fish and chips which was a bit disappointing. Generally great though!

Excellent location for celebrating. Service was impeccable & attentive from start to finish. The service was steady & at no time did we feel rushed. We ate from the festive menu, lots of choice, something for everyone. The Xmas snow men looked particularly good.

The occasional smile from the staff that welcome you would have been nice. As someone who has been to the Ivy many times, and to most of the locations , these two were the grumpiest that I have met. Same when getting our coats back. Not even a goodbye and thank you

Very slow service, we were left waiting an extremely long time for our main courses without any apologies or explanation as to what happened.
