    I was a guest at your restaurant yesterday and I regret to inform you that my visit was anything but satisfactory. The food was disappointing: the burger I ordered was dry, burnt and black - far from the quality I expected. The service was also unfriendly and I had the feeling that you don't make you feel welcome as a guest. The experience was all the more disappointing considering the high prices. It is in stark contrast to the impression given by the name of your restaurant. Unfortunately, the reality does not live up to the positive name and the claim associated with it. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take measures to avoid such experiences in the future.

    Always a lovely experience at The Ivy Leeds - great atmosphere and lovely people- the staff and hospitality is always fantastic- the food was lovely but my chips weren’t the best very burnt hollow and greasy…. Definitely 8/10

    As usual the Ivy Victoria Quarter was consistent with my expectations and succeeded with a great atmosphere, wonderful food and attentive staff and particularly our waiter Stephen who was very kind and patient with our group. The little extras of Christmas crackers were also good quality and the restaurant felt very festive.
