Tables of 7+ must book our Group Festive Set Menu experience. Guests dining on our Festive set menu can choose between two or three courses for lunch, available from 11:30am - 6:30pm. The food was without any taste.was a pasta with mashrooms canned very cold.the food didn’t seem fresh at all. Very disappointed Only the service was acceptable but for this standard I was expecting more. Thanks

First time visit to The Ivy and it was a great experience on NYE. I've seen other reviews which are mixed, but we had a great time. Loved the circus theme. Service was spot on - the food was great and we felt very relaxed. It was the most I've ever spent on a meal and for me at least, it felt worth it.

I was a guest at your restaurant yesterday and I regret to inform you that my visit was anything but satisfactory. The food was disappointing: the burger I ordered was dry, burnt and black - far from the quality I expected. The service was also unfriendly and I had the feeling that you don't make you feel welcome as a guest. The experience was all the more disappointing considering the high prices. It is in stark contrast to the impression given by the name of your restaurant. Unfortunately, the reality does not live up to the positive name and the claim associated with it. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take measures to avoid such experiences in the future.
