   I usually have a good experience at the Keg. This was my first time at this location. I made reservations for my partners bday and wanted to make sure he had a good time. I was a little disappointed that we had to sit at a wobbly table but what disappointed me the most was when I asked the greater after he sat a neighbouring table if there was something he could do to fix it and he said sure let me figure it out. He left and never came back. When I went to wash up my hands I see him just standing in the front laughing away with his fellow coworkers. I feel the least he could have done was come back and nicely say he isn’t sure what to do and hopefully they can get it fixed for the next time. He came it to sit others through out the night but acting as if he didn’t see us even when I tried to get he’s attention. I asked our waitress to help fix it as the drinks kept spilling. She used a menu but felt that was absolutely gross as we all need to tough those to order our food. Also no 1 asked what the occasion was like I heard them asking other tables around us. I know for my birthday I received the most delicious cake back in November yet this time know 1 asked. I heard them asking others around us and I wondered why we were not asked. I figured it was because I put it in my reservation but Nope the gave us the check n sent us on our way.

   Steak was a bit over cooked but it was Valentine’s Day and busy so we understand. Amazing service

   We are regular customers at this location. We expected The Keg to be super busy and loud on Valentine’s Day. As usual, the service by Jessica and the food were both excellent. However, the table for two was positioned in a way that my husband and I were both sitting across from each other, both protruding into a through way. We felt very uncomfortable and obvious. Jessica asked if we wanted her to look for another location but we declined because it was so so busy. However, several times, my husband was bumped. I was sitting in the path of freezing cold air that was tunneling its way from the entrance door that was propped open. It was -12 outside and windy! I fail to understand WHY it was propped open. I asked Jessica if the door could be unpropped, and she immediately addressed the issue. I would suggest that when arranging seating, your customers are not made to feel so uncomfortable and protruding into the path of guests and workers. I also suggest that doors are not propped open when it is as cold and windy as it was that night.

   This Keg location is always one of the best managed locations! Service team is very personable and a pleasure to deal with.. we had Nic R serving our table and we have to tell you he’s on the ball with his attention to detail and table / guest requirements.. The complete management team is amazing and when a small hiccup occurs they are on it to make it right to your complete satisfaction.. The place runs smoothly even with a full house!! This is our go to place for a great night out enjoying a steak dinner!!!! Thanks

    We had a 8:30 reservation, the food was good but we felt like we were being rushed . We did even finish our appetizer and the staff were clean the table , taking our side plates away for our mains .
