What a waste of a vacation meal and several hundred dollars. We went here because they would take a reservation for a large party. But it was DEFINITELY NOT worth the money. Kind of one step up from Golden Corral, in quality of food and ambiance. Don’t waste your time or money. Such a disappointment.

We used to visit the knife, for special occasions but yesterday we decided to celebrate our son's graduation but we found that the roasts, the meats were very salty and they did not have some cuts available, nor did they have lamb, one of the meats that he most enjoyed in this restaurant. The server was very attentive and friendly. A big drawback was that there were some flies which made dinner unpleasant. I would recommend this place to my friends and I would return if the management took into account the shared details. The Knife has always been one of our favorite restaurants and therefore the changes were immediately identified because we know from our past experiences of the quality of a restaurant that it was.

Barely mediocre. Only half the salad bar was filled, no soup, not much meat. Totally not worth $35. My vegetarian daughter was charged $27 for half a salad bar(which contained a lot of meat dishes) and bread. 😡

Food was amazing. Only issue is that each time someone got up to get more food, there was never clean plates available which caused a huge line.
