Since 2006, The LakeHouse restaurant has been the jewel of Bay Shore, NY. In the summer of 2016, owners Eileen & Matthew Connors and Jay Gut moved locations to a brand new dockside treasure. With stunning views and multiple fireplaces, comfortable seating for 100+ guests, two lounge areas, deck overlooking the Great South Bay, and both an indoor tavern room and a waterfront bar, The Lakehouse is touted by many as “one of the best restaurants on Long Island.” At night, the deck is illuminated, as is the waterfront lounge area where guests can congregate for after-dinner cocktails. This New American fine dining experience is not to be missed. The Lakehouse can now be reached by boat as well, as guest dockage is available at the new gorgeous bayside locale.

This was not the first time I had dinner at The Lake House. Everything we ordered from appetizers to desserts was excellent. The price fix menu offered a variety of choices. Will definitely return.

What a great meal… the lake house salad was just as delicious as I remember from last time I had it, and the lake house cosmo was different, but in a fabulous way!! Everyone’s meal was great and service was outstanding!! One person had the pre-fixe meal, it was a great value. Can’t wait to go back. I do believe I like this restaurant more in the off season and during the week. A summer weekend is just too busy for me.

Honestly in the past your service was sucky I will say that we have been customers through out the years and this season … what the you have done service is amazing… so thank you so much. We didn’t want to give up on you!!!!!!!
