   Our service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The waitress was very friendly and we had a lot of banter throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delicious, plenty of choice and our waitress asked if our elderly friends wanted a smaller portion of food. Which was wonderful as there was no wasted food. Great service!! Our food arrived very quickly and piping hot. We had a range of meals, steak, roast beef, salmon, fish pie, chicken supreme and beef salad. Very well priced and delicious food. We will be back. The Linney is a true gem.

    Considering we turned up to an unexpected 'full house' - very busy and all tables taken, the staff managed service exceedingly well and our food was piping hot and cooked to our expectation. Excellent menu chouces, including GF & Veggie options. I had a steak and so pleased the chef held the same opinion of what 'rare' is. Not a scrap left. Well done. Happy to return again.
