    Hello, My review it's not about the hotel, but about your website. I made a booking for the Lord Raglan and you sent me the confirmation all good no issue. When we arrived there, the place is closed for good...? How can a website like yours allow bookings to venues that are no longer in business? I find it ridiculous that you guys don't update your records regularly on a timely manner. And it's not a thing from yesterday, the place has been closed for a while now. I gave you one star reviews because I couldn't give you 0. Outrageous!!! Kind regards, Javier

    Just to let you know the pub was closed for renovations so you will need to update your site to reflect this. Very disappointing that we found this out at the time of our booking once arriving at the venue

    A great find when we were looking for a hotel in Alexandria which would provide a wide variety of different foods - hadn't been there before so was really impressed with the interior and ambience. Food was exceptional - pork souvlakis with accompaniments ( very generous servings ) and the best every grilled haloumi. Friendly and prompt service... will definitely return..

    It has it all! Great venue with great staff that are friendly and approachable. Great feed and a vast range of beverages one can chose from. I give it the thumbs up!

    Really enjoyed this neighborhood gem - food was delicious, and the the drinks a steal during happy hour (bonus until 7 pm!) will certainly visit again!

    The staff looked after us so well. Was a great location to hold our post wedding celebration. Food was fantastic. Most appreciate to all the team working that day and hope they enjoyed the cake also
